Dufferin Street

This commercial project in London's Dufferin St. was given to us. D. Hammond was renovating a two-story office building for the project. Eleven LG Mini heat recovery VRF units were installed. The client requested that the equipment be exposed to blend in with the renovation's aesthetics. All of the insulation has to be installed inside the ductwork in order to produce this sleek industrial look. We put in a lot of effort over the 2019 holiday season to deliver the programme on schedule.

We installed multiple air conditioning units to the bar-restaurant, judges boxes the communications room and the concourse bar. Separately, we installed the odour control system for the restaurant and fast-food outlet as well as the kitchen extraction system. The installation of the boilers for the radiator heaters and the above- and below-ground water sources for the toilets were additional plumbing tasks. We installed a custom fresh air system for the stand as well as the restaurants. An extraction system was constructed throughout the kennel block to guarantee the needs of the dogs were met. Everyone in charge of running the system received staff training after the installation.

Our client had to maintain a steady temperature for the goods they were producing when they relocated into a new 45000 square foot warehouse. Even the air temperature was a possible problem because of the facility's height. Our design team installed 26 no. 28 Kw ducted units and 20 no. 14 Kw ceiling cassettes to get around this problem. 31 Arius de-stratification fans were installed to provide an even dispersion of air circulation. There were 23 offices that had a mixture of wall mounted units and ceiling cassettes and a separate server room with a 100% backup system. Additionally, heat recovery ventilation systems are installed in every workplace.

The existing restaurant in Soho, London was being refurbished by the client. Their intention was to convert the basement and then refurb ground and first floors of the building into not only a sushi restaurant but a funky night venue.We were employed to design and install new Daikin equipment for the new air conditioning and ventilation systems. In addition to this we installed new sanitary ware in the toilets, carried out all of the kitchen installation works, serviced and maintained all of the plumbing and installed the drainage throughout.
