A boutique hotel in Earls Court

The Oliver Plaza is a hotel in London. It has a total of 49 bedrooms, a reception and dining area. All of these areas required a new air-conditioning system being designed and installed.
CCPHVAC installed a Mitsubishi heat recovery VRF system to serve the bedrooms, the reception and dining areas with a combination of wall mounted and cassette systems. There is also a centralised controller to allow full remote access over the whole system.
To comply with EN 378 guidelines a full leak detection system was also installed.

Follow up

The hotel is now open and the client and their customers are appreciating the benefits of an air-conditioned environment.
