The Project
Itsu were moving their entire operation to a new location and needed heating, cooling and refrigeration installed throughout
The Solution
A Mitsubishi heat recovery VRF system was installed to cover the open planned office and meeting rooms.
The majority of the fan coils were ducted and exposed and the ductwork was internally lined to remove the need for external insulation.
We provided the refrigerated cold rooms and the extract system for Itsu’s test kitchen.
Follow up
The offices are now fully occupied and the test kitchen is in full operation.
