The Solution

The air conditioning equipment was Toshiba cassettes. Then ventilation systems were designed to allow for the low ceilings in the basement and the restricted exit points of the building.

The plant area had to be attenuated due to the local residential buildings.

We supplied and installed the refrigeration system for the wine cellar.

Follow up

The restaurant is now open and trading and is fully compliant with the local councils guidelines.
